Time is running out on your chance to win either a Bobblehead Jesus, or your choice of a DMB Live Trax CD. They really aren’t super-hard contests, and there’s room for several people to win something, so have a shot at them!
The two contest are the DMB Calendar Contest, and the I Heart DMB Contest. Good Luck!
We’ve found a new and exciting add-on feature for our forums. The plug-in allows our forum to communicate directly with a torrent tracker, and allows you to share and download more DMB material through the site. To see an example of a site that is using this plug-in successfully, check out the Metallica fan forum site metallifukinca.com. (You have to register to see their torrents, but you can get the idea from the bottom main page.)
There’s only a small catch. The tracker plug-in costs 100 euros (about $134). We’re hoping to raise the majority of the purchase through donations from kind individuals like yourself. Everyone who donates will be recognized once the plug-in is installed in this newsletter and on the site.
If you already enjoy Weekly Davespeak, and want to continue to see it improve, please help us purchase this exciting new feature. To see the exact plug-in we hope to add, see here. All donations and proceeds from WeeklyDavespeak.com are already and will continue to be poured back into the cost of running and improving the site.
Given the fact that the first personal suit against DMB sprang up this past week, here's a little quote from Dave about forgiveness in his native South Africa.
