 Back in the early days, Boyd Tinsley used to do most of the talking on stage for the band. He'd do the introductions and fill in a lot where you would now expect Dave to do the talking.
Dave has always suffered from varying levels of stage fright. He even brought it up briefly in a Rolling Stone interview.
This week we have two clips of Davespeak and Boydspeak. The first launches dave off on a rather unpleasant welcome to the festival crowd. Telling them to shut up. Directly after this clip the band goes into Granny.
