Dave Matthews in New Adam Sandler Film "I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry"

Dave Matthews has a role in the new Adam Sandler comedy, "I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry." The film stars Jessica Biel, Adam Sandler, Kevin James and Steve Buscemi.

The plot line for the movie revolves around two straight fire fighters (Sandler and James) who pretend to be a gay married couple in order to qualify for the city's departmental domestic partner benefits. Jessica Biel plays a lawyer hired to defend their civil union.

Dave Matthews appears in the film briefly as a gay man who works at a lingere store.

Dave has taken increasingly varied roles in his recent move into Hollywood. Most recently he played an idiot-savant on the television show "House." Dave also recently contributed a new song to the movie "Joshua" which was production of his own ATO Pictures.

Although Dave's part in "I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry" is currently uncredited, the film has already been through private screening.
