Life Magazine Cover Paul is Dead

In 1969 it became a pop phenomenon that Paul McCartney had died in a car wreck and that there was a cover up at the record company.

As detailed in this article, the hoax reached large enough proportions that Life Magazine flew its camera men to Scotland to track Paul down and prove that he was still alive.

Secret Messages from DMB

This leads us of course to Dave Matthews Band, and what secret messages they might be sending fans.

Stefan LessardRecent interviews with Stefan Lessard (aka Fonzy) have caused some fans to believe that there exists a rift within the band. Most recently Stefan's comments on Dave and Trey's cooperation. Some trace this back to the release of Everyday, an album Dave put together with Glen Ballard without the help of his band.

Championed among the songs most disliked by fans is the big radio release, "I Did It." A little investigation found that Dave may have been trying to indicate to fans a problem between him and Stefan.

"I Did It" Example
