i read on the warehouse that the band is only allowing 3 weeks in the studio for the whole process to be completed for the new album... any thought? ( i apologize if this has been posted in another thread somewhere)

Dammit. That isn't a good thing if they are going in unprepared. However, this may mean that they are going to put some road-tested stuff on the album, because I can't imagine writing and recording 10-15 songs in 3 weeks. That sounds damn near impossible. So maybe this does give us some hope for songs like Good Good Time and Ayhee and such.

Um, barefoot and unprepared means going in WITHOUT anything....no road tested material, no jams, no titles, nothing!

And as for the one that said only 3 weeks in the studio, I'd sure like to know WHERE in the WH you saw that....just someone's statement on a message board?

im guessing knowing that the band did pre production they already know what is gunna be on the album plus this means that baston will have less time to bastonize it or the album could be total crap

someone said they spoke with a studio engineer at the Haunted Hollow Studio and this was the time frame the band was planning on spending in the studio.

its all speculation so dont hate on me. just movin what i heard, around

Right. Thats why I was confused, and that is exactly why I couldn't comprehend that fact that they were going to be there for only 3 weeks. They have to have something. Writing, recording, and mixing a quality album cannot be done in 3 weeks.
