I saw him last year. I was a great show. He reminds me of Eric Clapton a little especially during some of his guitar solos..

I saw that same show about a week ago and it was pretty sweet. John Mayer is an amazing guitarist. my parents one of my friends and i thought that he does look a like dave on stage.

I'm glad I read these...I almost bought "Heavier Things" the other day...I would have been disappointed if I was hoping for his acoutic stuff. Thanks for the info!

John Mayer is freaking sick! I saw him on the Chapelle Show in the skit about white people and dancing, and I was amazed at how talented he is. I went out and bought his live album Any Given Thursday and my appreciation has continues to grow for his music. Here is his cover of Lover Lay Down, which I am posting because you were all discussing how much John is like Dave.
