Default 6.4 Camden Ants Marching
Do you think they are having fun with this or what? I dig how everyone puts their pieces together. I think you look at these sets a say WOW and then you listen to Ants and see how they are mixing it up and making it fresh. This should be an unpredictable summer to say the least. Can't wait to see them in Hershey and then Nissan(sweet home virginia!!)

I agree, it seems like they are 'exploring' a bit more within themselves and not fearing to pull away from the traditional form each song has been played in the past.

I think Tim's guitar playing style is rubbing off on each of the band members and encouraging them to sort of wonder and explore with there own instruments.

It's already shaping to be a hell of a tour.

I love the feel of the electric guitar and the different course some of the songs have taken!

SBDMB I just read your little note and I agree "bring back Recently in 2008" especially with Tim. I forgot to mention weekly davespeak live is keeping the live threads coming quickly this year, so check these out!!

Their own tunes are sounding fresh with a lot of changes to the arrangements. One notable change came tonight immediately following Lie In Our Graves. Dave quickly turned to the band and described an idea of a new opening to Ants Marching where just he and Tim would start the song together and the rest of the band would join in after the first verse. They were all psyched and broke into the tune within seconds. As a crew member, it's great to be hearing the other songs they're working on bringing back. There's a lot more in store for this summer.
