My first 2 night stand

I know it's still a month and 2 days away but Starlake will be my first two night stand in 10(and 11) shows. And I am taking my fiancee to her 1st ever show(s). I think picking this venue was a good one on my part because out of Hershey, Scranton(never been there), and Starlake, this one is my favorite. Though my cousin, SteelersBus on Ants, says Starlake is his favorite and he's been to all three venues. And with it being a 2 night stand makes it TWICE as better for her first experience to a show. Though ive never been to a two night stand, reading setlists, two nights is usually always better than one night, with the exception of some venues a la SPAC. I've taken previous gf's to their first show and the only thing I tell them is to just enjoy the best show of your life and get ready to have your face melted. Though the previous gf's, they weren't big DMB fans, they liked some of their music but never while just sitting around would they just pop in a show dvd and watch it. This one is my fiancee, and has actually thrown on a dvd and just watched it. And she actually liked them before i met her, so in essence I think this will be different and we'll be able to have a lot more fun and enjoyable. I really am not sure what to expect that weekend but that it's gonna be a kickass weekend.

Ive gotten so acustomed to two night stands that it feels weird when I only see one show at a time any more But that sounds like it will be a good night! Fun fact, I have been to Altoona. Small town, cheap beer.....anyway, have fun!

I hope you enjoyed your first show with your fiance! Two night stands are good. Now you can shoot for a 3 night camp session at the gorge.

I too am like Dan, where I go to more 2 night stands rather than 1. 2 nights are definitly better than just 1. More songs, tailgating, friends..etc. I hope you have a good time!!
