Why No Nissan Pavillion This Year???

My Step-Dad works for Jiffy Lube and owns most of the stores in the DC/MD/Penn area. That being said he's good friends with the franchisees in charge of the J-Lube Live Pavilion. Since the name change they've been getting a lot of heat from the public about the name change so my Step Dad said the reason theyre not playing there is because of:
A. The contract that DMB signed with the Nationals didnt allow them to play near the DC area that summer.
B. DMB didnt want to play there due to the name change/ Jiffy Lube wouldnt pay what Nissan would to have DMB to play there
