DMB first played this venue in July of 1996 as part of the HORDE Festival, and again in October on their own. They had several two night stands in the early 2000's, but have only been playing one night each tour since 2005. Danny Barnes made his first guest appearance with the band at this venue in 2007, and Beach Ball from the show in 2009 was released as part of the Big Whiskey iTunes pass. The opening band for tonight's show is Black Joe Lewis and The Honeybears.

DMB first played this venue in 1996. In 1998 apparently there was a cricket problem on stage which caused carter to walk off stage, then two songs later, Dave requested the house lights be turned on to try to attract the crickets away from the stage so they could finish their set. The opening band for tonight's show is Black Joe Lewis and The Honeybears.

Over the years there have been many notable performances, several that have made it to various live releases. Typical Situation, 7-16-99, was released on Warehouse 5 Vol. 3. Most recognized are the shows from 2002 (N1, N2, N3) which were released as a box set in June, 2004. The Last Stop, 8-8-03, was selected for DMB Live at... The Central Park Bonus Disc. Sugar Will, 9-3-04, and Typical Situation, 9-4-04, were selected for the Stand Up Bonus Disc (the 8 track version). Blackbird (The Beatles cover) made it's song debut here on 8-21-05. Loving Wings, 9-1-07, was selected for Warehouse 5 Vol. 8/Warehouse 8 Vol. 5. And Seven, 9-6-09, was selected for Warehouse 8 Vol. 6. The opening bands for tonight's show are Ben Harper and the Relentless 7 and Alberta Cross.

Their second appearance in 1997, was selected and released as Live Trax Vol. 17 in May of this year. In October that same year the band played a small set each night at Neil Young's Bridge School Benefit. In 2000, the band played not only a two night stand in August, but also a small set each night in October at The Bridge School Benefit. Warehouse from N1 and Cortez the Killer featuring Neil Young from N2, were both selected for The Bridge School Collection on iTunes. Dave played solo sets here in 2001 for The Bridge School Benefit, and on N2 both Tracy Chapman and Neil Young made guest appearances with him on The Maker and All Along The Watchtower, respectively. Crash Into Me from this show was also selected for the iTunes collection. Again in 2006, DMB played a two night stand in September and was back for two short sets in October for the Neil Young's annual benefit. Dave guested on Rockin in the Free World both nights during Neil Young's set, with Eddie Vedder, Dave Grohl, and other artists from the day. The opening band for tonight's show is Raphael Saadiq.
