...or a "reality" show marathon. I never bought into the MTV2 thing. I guess that's why I have a computer.

Thanks for the link!:coffee:

"Like some of the songs on the band's last album, 2002's Busted Stuff, the new track appears to continue a move toward a more pop-oriented sound, with strong R&B overtones laced with mandolin."
not so sure i like this so much...fuck pop music:lol:

DMB cannot turn pop. I'd die.

theres no way DMB would ever be classified as pop at this point in time...its seems like in order to become pop these days you have to collaborate with Nelly. its like the status quo...

Perhaps a DMB/50cent collaboration?? http://weeklydavespeak.com/forums/images/smilies/lol.gif

I think that would be an interesting combo too. But, I'd want Dre to produce it. But DMB will never be pop, though some complained about Everyday being too "poppy", which it wasn't. But, people are dumb.

But, people are dumb.i agree with you here. everyday wasn't poppy, it was just different and that difference made a lot of non dmb fans pay attention. i do have to admit, it is my least fave cd, but it has it's good points (dreams of our fathers is my fave on this cd, also like mother father w/ santana). the way i look at it, ya can't blame the band for trying something new, if they didn't we might never have gotten awesome songs like hello again or joyride... it's all a process, right? :)

from what the rolling stone article said, its supposed to be a lot of dancing type music. If thats the case its upbeat, i like that b/c i will use it for cardio @ the gym. i go like an idiot to all the fast paced upbeat songs, ppl must think i have a medical condition

I dont like it at all. I want uttad, btcs, and crash sounds. Thats what made me like them in the first place. You know what they say once you go POP you dont STOP. or was that a pringles commercial:confused: either way i just dont want it to SUCK.

here again, i'm gonna have to agree. i may love the album, but i also might not like that it's dmb who i'm listening to. i was really hoping that with the songs we heard last summer the band was moving back to the btcs sound. right now, i don't think they could be any further away:confused:
