A portion of you may have seen this. Paul English used to work for companies such as AT&T, Aetna, Cigna, Amex and a bunch of others. Now, he and a few others work time to crack automatic phone services by corporations and made a cheat sheet awhile ago (which he/crew have to continually update/alter).

The whole point is to connect straight to a operator, completely avoid pressing 1 for english, 2 for whatever and so forth.

This may save you time (no this isnt a joke), its worked for some of my friends in the past.

i can't stand the automated dialing services - you pick up the phone and you get put on hold before the solicitor even says hello - i'm usually like "wait, you called me, and now i'm the one on hold?"

good list....progressive insurance needs to be added in there....my boyfriend tried them 3 times for a total of an hour and a half to get someone on the phone about his claim....he had to do all that and it wasn't even HIS insurance company!

just thought everyone should know, apple tech support doesnt work. i tried it. it is all voice recognition

I got so annoyed while trying to get someone at my credit card company...I just started press 0 a whole bunch of times started cursing at my phone then threw it at the wall....I hope this will come in handy...Thanks

lol Perhaps you should start a supplemental Cheat Sheet, ya know, the one that tells you where they are located so then you can go ape shit on them in person
(or at least to a drive by:pissed: ...)
