Several of the artists taking part in the first fundraiser for non-profit organization Musicians on Call. Founded in 1999, Musicians on Call brings live and recorded music to the bedsides of people in hospitals and other healthcare facilities.

"Musicians donating signed guitars for the auction include Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, Elvis Costello, Avril Lavigne, Slash and Dave Matthews. MTV.com reports that a miniature piano autographed by Alicia Keys will also be auctioned at the event."

Yea what Dave is doing is great. All the more reason to love him and the band. They give soo much to help out less unfortunate.

And about the waste thing, Dave really isnt the one getting sued. Pourly isnt his fault if it was part the bus driver that did it. The only reason why its getting bigger is because DMB is a big name now adays. and people are way too sue happy.
Surely I wouldnt want waste all over me. But im not going to go sue someone for millions of dollars months down the road after it happened.
