I keep hearing this and deep down inside I KNOW it's going to happen, but do we have official news from the band on it? News sites....stuff like that?? It's not on the WH or at RedRocksonline yet? Work with me man, it's killin me :)
I'm guessing that it's a source but they can't say when the tickets are going on sale (hopefully the paycheck I DON'T have to pay rent) and the official dates of the shows? Argh!
Thanks for the continuation of my grief :)

I know man, I just had to give you and everyone else crap and start some hectic postings :boings:
I trust you all a lot more than I trust OTHER news sites (MSM or otherwise)
SO any idea on how they're going to sell the tickets to the public?? Some through instant ticketing on the WH page, or all through Ticketmaster? What are your thoughts, or anyone else that might know a bit more of unique concerts like this?
Thanks for the posting on this by the way, it helped make an awesome weekend even better!!!

I EMAILED THIS DUDE AND THIS IS WHAT HE SAID:
I cannot confirm that at this time, but I'm hoping to be able to announce something this coming Monday. Be sure to sign up on our website for email announcements. You will get an announcement each time a new show is announced with ticket information.

However, you can book hotels, and just cancel if plans change. That's what I'm doing, I'm lined up for hotel already! I will get flights as soon as I hear the announcement because it's more trouble to re-plan things.

RR is happening, the hype on this one is gone. It is time to begin shifting your hype to Vegoose.

Yup, the announcement goes out today and the Warehouse site gets slammed :) Even though the ticketing REQUEST doesn't go up until Thursday morning and then ends on the 5th of July. Then tickets will go on sale through TicketMaster on the 9th, a Saturday, at 10am Mountain Time. Damn, now I'll have to save and save.....

It's about time we get the confirm from the WH. I will be at these shows.
DAVE MATTHEWS BAND
Red Rocks Amphitheatre
DMB is excited to be returning to Colorado for three concerts on Friday, September 9th, Saturday, September 10th and Sunday, September 11th at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, CO. Nestled in the Rocky Mountain Foothills fifteen miles west of Denver, Red Rocks is a geologically formed, open-air amphitheatre with perfect natural acoustics.
Dave Matthews Band has a special history with Red Rocks, headlining at the amphitheatre for the first time August 15, 1995. The outstanding show was made into a double live LP, Live at Red Rocks, and released in 1997.
Dave Matthews Band played again at Red Rocks for two nights in early July 1997 and played their last Red Rocks shows in May of 1998, delivering 2 nights of exciting setlists. DMB looks forward to returning to one of their favorite venues after an 8-year hiatus!
Red Rocks Ticketing
The Warehouse Ticketing request period, featured online as Series 7-2005, will begin on Thursday, June 23rd at 7:00 p.m. ET and will end on Tuesday, July 5th at 7:00 a.m. ET. Please note that the request period is not first come-first serve, the order in which you place your ticket requests will not matter. Confirmations will be issued on or before Friday, July 8th and the public on sale date is Saturday, July 9th at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time. Warehouse members may place a request for up to 2 tickets per show and for all 3 Red Rocks shows in the series. There are several reserved sections as well as GA
Heres a really cool way to check the views (http://www.redrocksonline.com/02_events/02_3_2_seating.html) from the seats
